AIR CONDITIONING
Our rooms are equipped with a full air-conditioning system with concrete core activation as well as underfloor heating and cooling.
You can adjust the room temperature yourself by ±3°C using the control panel on the wall. We recommend continuous operation in “Auto” mode.
During the summer months, please keep doors and windows closed for the sake of your room’s cooling and the environment.

Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Enjoy your stay until the very last minute!
You are welcome to relax in our wellness area until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Simply take your bathrobe and spa bag with you to the spa.
After you have checked out, the reception will exchange your key card, allowing you access to the spa area and a locker for valuables in the changing room.
 

DINNER
Our restaurant is open from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Please reserve your table at extension 100.

Whether you prefer to enjoy your half board or dine à la carte, the choice is yours. If you decide to dine à la carte, €20 from your half-board arrangement will be credited toward your individual selection from the current menu.
If you would like to switch from half board to à la carte, please inform the reception no later than 12:00 noon.

FIRE
Please follow these steps in the event of a fire:
• Activate the fire alarm.
• Inform the fire department Tel.: 0-122 (internal emergency call Tel.: 199).
• Then inform reception immediately.
• Where is the fire? What is burning? Are people in danger? Assist anyone who may be at risk.
• Use the available fire extinguishers to fight the fire if possible.
• If the alarm sounds or you are notified, please leave the building calmly and without panic. Follow the escape routes. Do not use the elevators.
• If escape routes are blocked, close the doors and open the windows. Wait for the fire department.
• Gather at a safe distance from the building and check whether all persons have left the building.
 

FIRE ALARM
If the sirens sound, please leave the hotel using the marked emergency exits. (see evacuation plan)
 

FIRST AID
A first aid kit and a defibrillator are located at reception.
 

FITNESS ROOM
The fitness room in the wellness area (the door can be opened with your room key card) is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

If the head becomes too warm due to increased blood circulation, it can be difficult to relax and fall asleep. Thanks to the integrated PCM microcapsule fleece, this pillow provides a pleasant cooling effect and ensures a balanced sleeping climate.

If you do not wish to be disturbed during this time or prefer to skip room cleaning, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of your door.
 

ROOM DOOR
When you close your room door, it locks automatically.
The door can only be opened with a room key card.
An additional locking function is the turn knob. When you turn it, the door will also be locked for the housekeeping team.
 

ROOM SERVICE
Our service team is happy to bring breakfast as well as food and beverages to your room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
(Room service charge € 6,00 per order). Please place your order directly by calling extension 100.

SAFE / ROOM SAFE
Please store your valuables in the room safe. The safe can be opened and closed using your room key card. With regard to liability of SEMINAR HOTEL RESTAURANT SCHLOSSPARK MAUERBACH for theft or damage, we refer to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions 2006. (For valuables, cash and securities, the hotelkeeper is liable only up to the amount of € 550.) Of course, you are also welcome to deposit your valuables at reception.

Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking property.
Ashtrays for smoking breaks are available outside near the terrace exits.
If you smoke in your room, we reserve the right to charge one additional night, as the room must undergo a special deep cleaning.
