The fitness room is located on the lower ground floor of the wellness area and is equipped with:
- exercise balls
- dumbbells
- yoga mats & cushions
- treadmill
- cross trainer
- rowing machine
- exercise bike
- multi-gym / strength station
- and much more

Stretching exercises for the neck, shoulders, hips and spine,
combined with strengthening exercises for the legs, back and abdominal muscles.
