We maintain over 180 hand-selected wines for our guests in our house vinothek. Emphasis is placed on quality wines from Austrian wine regions. Both "classic" reds, whites and rosés can be found on the wine card as well as exciting new finds from the world of fine wines.

„We offer exclusively top Austrian products, since we are entirely convinced of the quality and breath of the offerings of domestic wine producers.“ says Dominik Pilz, restaurant director at the Schlosspark Mauerbach.

Well-known vinters from Vienna, such as Jutta Ambrositsch, Fritz Wieninger and Michael Edlmoser as well as „traditional“ producers such as the Family Polz and Manfred Tement from Southern Styria or Emmerich Knoll from the Wachau are featured products. Further little "secrets" are the Grünen Veltliner from the House of Huber, our red wine cuvee from Weingut Leth and the Schlosspark Sekt Cuvee No.1 from the House of Kattus.
