Your Sauna Ritual – Step by Step
The sauna is a place of peace and regeneration. The soothing heat relaxes the muscles, stimulates circulation and restores energy to both body and mind. Take your time and enjoy each moment consciously.
1. Preparation
Before entering the sauna, please take a thorough shower and dry yourself well. Dry skin allows the body to experience the heat more pleasantly and evenly.
Please note that our saunas are textile-free areas and should be used without swimwear.
2. In the Sauna
Please place a sufficiently large towel under your entire body so that no perspiration comes into contact with the wood.
A typical sauna session lasts 8 to 15 minutes – always follow your personal comfort level.
3. Cooling Down
After the soothing warmth, enjoy a refreshing cool-down.
First take a few deep breaths of fresh air, then cool down with a cold shower or in our icelounge.
4. Rest & Relaxation
Allow your body a rest period of about 15 to 20 minutes afterwards. In our relaxation rooms you can let the warmth continue to work its magic and regain new energy.
5. Repetition
For a balanced sauna experience, we recommend two to three sauna sessions.
6. Replenishing the Body
After your sauna session, please drink plenty of water or tea to replenish lost fluids.
